1. Emergency Disaster Relief
We rush to the scene to rescue people facing life-threatening situations due to natural disasters or conflicts both domestically and internationally, implementing emergency relief activities aimed at early recovery and self-reliance.

2. Environmentally Conscious Self-Reliance Support
With constant consideration for the environment and sustainable development, we support income generation for people facing difficult living conditions due to poverty or disasters. By helping them achieve economic and psychological self-reliance, we provide support to break the cycle of poverty.

3. Human Resource Development
NICCO focuses on developing local leaders so that residents can continue and expand their businesses through self-help efforts even after our support ends. In Japan, we have introduced an internship program to cultivate individuals capable of taking leadership roles in the international community.
