Announcement of the 10th "NICCO Charity Run Kamogawa Online Version" 2021

This is a charity running event held every fall by the "Sports Charity" Project Executive Committee. Last year, the running event was canceled in consideration of the situation surrouding COVID-19. This year, in order to prevent the spread of the COVID-19, it will be held online. Up to now, this event have started to support the disaster-stricken areas of the Great East Japan Earthquake in March 2011, and have been used to support the independence of Asian countries such as India and Myanmar, as well as African countries such as Kenya and Malawi. About 2,500 citizens have participated through the past nine competitions and have received donations of about 4.82 million yen. This time, we will held this event to deliver emergency assistance to the people of Afghanistan, who are at risk of their lives due to political turmoil. We would appreciate your cooperation by participating in this charity event.

Qualification	・No age limit ・Even those who live in outside Japan are able to participate in this event. （※If you participate from overseas, Runnet cannot be used. But, the app "TATTA" can be used for measure the mileage in the overseas) ・ In this competition, it is recommended to use the app "TATTA" on your smartphone when measuring mileage.

What is "NICCO Charity Run Kamogawa"

This is a charity running event held every fall by the "Sports Charity" Project Executive Committee, which was supported by the victims of the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011. This year, we will hold it online to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection. The donation from previous running event, held on October 19, 2019, were used for the maintenance of eco-friendly toilets that NICCO built so that Kenyan children could live with clean water. The donation from this race will be used for emergency assistane for Afghanistan that has been falling into disorder due to political issues. Why don't you run for people who are trying to stand up from disasters and conflicts, and for children who are troubled by poverty in developing countries.
